Who is this course for?
This one day course is suitable for people working in any profession who wish to improve their communication skills, confidence and understanding of the way people behave. This course covers both theory and practical elements.

Trainer
Deborah Cassar-Egan
Deborah has been working with people on an emotional level for over 15 years. Being ex-military, she quickly learned how to stay calm, think logically and learn from personal experiences. She has been the Service Delivery Manager for a Mental Health charity, been running workshops for the public and private sector for many years. She has designed and delivered Health and Wellbeing and Events, Yoga Retreats and been interviewed on various radio shows, a podcast, written blogs and articles on how to look after your health. As an NLP practitioner, Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Therapist, Deborah has an eclectic knowledge about the human body and to better take care of yourself. She has written a book and is currently writing another book about how to look after your mental wellbeing
