Life After Bereavement and Loss

Who is this course for?
Each person's grief and loss is unique, our topics over the six weeks aim to guide you through areas of life which you may be finding difficult or you may have found difficult to navigate.
Outcomes for attendees
Following completion of this course you will: understand more about:

- Discussing the loss with others who are finding it uncomfortable.
"Grief and the holidays"
- Raising the profile of celebrating events and what it might stir up for us and those around us.

- Discussing our emotions and methods to help.
- Practical exercises in relaxation techniques,
- Exploring music and the arts as an outlet,
- Discussing new roles after loss.
Qualified MBACP Counsellor with a background in working with adult individuals and young people, Jim is also experienced in delivering training and public speaking.
