Café in the Park is nestled in Stamford Park in Altrincham, close to the children's playground and is at the heart of the Counselling & Family Centre.
We are a hub for the local community- a great place to meet up for a tasty meal or a coffee and a chat.

All profit from our café is rolled straight back into providing further services for the community. By enjoying a drink and a bite to eat, you will be helping to support people with emotional and mental health problems. So why not try our freshly ground coffees, teas, freshly made sandwiches, children's menu, ice creams and lollies, daily specials and a good selection of tasty snacks!
The Counselling & Family Centre - a mental health & wellbeing charity - opened Café in the Park in 2015 as a way to extend our reach in the community. A warm and welcoming place improving wellbeing in ways that complemented our counselling and support services. Being involved, feeling connected and belonging are powerful tools to improve mental health and improve peoples’ quality of life.
Opening the café and café lounge became possible through donations and the hard graft of our staff and volunteers and we are very proud of its success. This hub of friendliness connects with the community in a multitude of ways. Beyond being a lovely family friendly café serving good value food and drinks it offers employment, training and volunteering opportunities across all age groups and abilities.
