Could you benefit from talking to others affected by similar issues?  We offer various free and discounted facilitated support groups where people come to listen and share with others.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the following free groups are currently running on Zoom video link.

Concerned about a loved one’s misuse of substances 

Thursday afternoons, 2.30-4pm, Zoom video

This is a weekly support group for anyone affected by a loved one’s addiction. This can be an addiction to anything, substance related or behavioural. Contact jim.sales@thecfc.org.uk to join or for more information.

Mindfulness

Introduction to mindfulness & mindfulness practice

Through this group you can:

  • Practice meditation techniques either seated in chairs or on the floor

  • Explore breathing & muscle relaxing techniques

  • Reduce, through meditation practice, anxiety, stress & depression.
