Affected by Addiction Rolling Group
Concerned about a loved one’s misuse of substances
This is a weekly support group for anyone affected by a loved one’s addiction. This can be an addiction to anything, substance related or behavioural.

Introduction to mindfulness & mindfulness practice
Through this group you can:
Practice meditation techniques either seated in chairs or on the floor
Explore breathing & muscle relaxing techniques
Reduce, through meditation practice, anxiety, stress & depression.
