Support groups

Could you benefit from talking to others affected by similar issues?  We offer various free and discounted facilitated support groups where people come to listen and share with others. Affected by Addiction Rolling Group

Concerned about a loved one’s misuse of substances 

This is a weekly support group for anyone affected by a loved one’s addiction. This can be an addiction to anything, substance related or behavioural.

Introduction to mindfulness & mindfulness practice

Through this group you can:

  • Practice meditation techniques either seated in chairs or on the floor

  • Explore breathing & muscle relaxing techniques

  • Reduce, through meditation practice, anxiety, stress & depression.
