Counselling Fees
We offer counselling through the work we do as a charity.
We understand that reaching out for support is a big step, and we want to make counselling as accessible and straightforward as possible.
Our fees are guided by household income, helping us offer a fair and flexible service so that more people can access the support they need.
To receive subsidised counselling, you will be asked for proof of household income.
Adult Counselling
When you begin your counselling journey with us, you may be offered the choice of working with either a qualified counsellor or a placement counsellor, depending on what feels right for you and your circumstances.
Placement counsellors are in the final stages of their professional training. They are carefully assessed, work to the same clinical standards, and receive regular supervision and support.
Choosing this option allows us to offer sessions at a lower cost, while still providing a safe and supportive experience.
Many clients find both options equally valuable - the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and supported.
Children & Young People
We provide counselling for children and young people with fully qualified and experienced counsellors, offering a safe and supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Fees are based on household income.
Couples & Family Counselling
Couples and family counselling sessions are delivered by specialist counsellors with additional training and experience in this area.
These sessions are offered at a flat rate of £65 per session.
At present, we’re unable to offer reduced fees for this service due to limited external funding, but we are always happy to discuss your situation and explore how we can support you.
We’re here to help
If you’re unsure about costs, or would simply like to talk through your options, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
