Connected Parents - Understanding & Supporting Neurodivergent Children
Connected Parents is a 6-week guided course designed to support, educate, and empower parents and caregivers of neurodivergent children. Whether your child is autistic, an ADHDer, has sensory differences, or another neurodivergent profile, this course offers a compassionate space to deepen your understanding, learn practical strategies, and build confidence in your parenting journey.

Course Description
Over the six weekly sessions, you’ll connect with other parents, develop coping strategies, and explore ways to create a supportive environment where both you and your child can feel understood.
This course is inclusive, non-judgmental, and rooted in neuro-affirming principles. It blends education, reflection, and connection through building a support network —we recognise that every family and every child is unique.
Weekly Session Breakdown
Week 1 - Welcome & Foundations of Neurodiversity
