Support for your Service Users
Working in Partnership
We can help you in your mission to support your community. Our experience of working with organisations as diverse as The National Probation Service, Homestart Trafford, Salford and Wigan, and The Trafford College Group has produced evidenced feedback of the efficacy of our partnership approach. Working together to support multiple aspects of an individual's life from the practical to the psychological and emotional at the same time using a person centred, solution focussed approach produces positive measurable outcomes. Our support can take the form of training or counselling and can be delivered remotely or face to face.
