Supporting your mental health and wellbeing
Counselling when you need it
At our centres in Altrincham, Bury, Broomwood and Old Trafford the Counselling & Family Centre (CFC) offer counselling and mental wellbeing support when you need it. A registered charity, we provide the help you need, at the time when you need it most. Our qualified and trained counsellors are here to help. We offer face to face and remote counselling ensuring you can access help at times and locations that suit you.
Not just counselling!
We offer other mental health and wellbeing services and support to help you with whatever life throws at you via in person / online groups, activities and training.
These vary from in-person/ online courses to help you as a parent with all that caring for children can throw at you, or if you are a carer for someone with mental health challenges, to support groups and help just for you when you need it.
