A New Collaboration

We're delighted to share that our charity, CFC, is partnering with Co‑Co Operative (CIC) to participate in the testing and feedback phase of the innovative MyPower App, a forward-looking digital tool designed to enhance communication and collaboration between children’s social workers, families and multi-agency professionals.

 

Why this matters

 

• The MyPower App has been co-designed with frontline practitioners and service users, ensuring the tool reflects real-life needs. 

• It supports shared goal-setting, enabling families to actively engage in planning and tracking progress alongside professionals.

• The app aims to ease the administrative burden for social workers, freeing up more time for meaningful relationships and direct work with children and families.
