Community services have come together to provide support sessions on Mondays for people over 50. Find out what support is available to you, engage in free activities and meet new friends.
Come and join us every Monday at
40 Mayors Road, Altrincham, WA15 9RP
The Counselling & Family Centre Café Lounge 10am - 12pm
A safe and welcoming environment hosted by a qualified counsellor. Join us to share literary exploration, build meaningful friendships, and watch handpicked documentaries that celebrate the golden age.
String of Hearts Music Sessions 1pm - 2pm
Join our relaxed music sessions to connect, share your favourite music, and try out singing, playing percussion, and even writing new tunes. No musical experience is required.
String of Hearts for Carers 2.30pm - 3.30pm
A space for carers to connect, relax, and share experiences through music. Try out singing, playing percussion and writing songs, and take a well-deserved break with others who understand your journey.
