  • Strengthening and Building Healthier Connections

A 90-minute Trafford webinar for parents and caregivers

Every family in Trafford experiences disagreements, it’s part of everyday life. But when stress builds up or conversations keep going round in circles, it can take a toll on everyone at home.

This friendly, practical webinar is designed to help Trafford parents and caregivers communicate more calmly, reduce tension, and protect children’s wellbeing.

We explore what conflict really is, why it happens, and how small changes in the way we talk and listen can make a big difference.

You’ll hear relatable examples from local family life, learn simple tools you can use straight away, and discover Trafford based support if you ever need a bit more help.

This session is not about blame. It’s about feeling more confident, more connected, and more supported as you navigate the ups and downs of parenting.

This Trafford webinar is for you if you want to:

    • Reduce stress and arguments at home
    • Understand how conflict affects children’s emotions and behaviour
    • Learn simple communication tools that work in real life
    • Strengthen coparenting, whether you live together or apart
    • Know what support is available locally in Trafford

You’ll also be signposted to trusted Trafford resources, including:

    • Trafford Community Collective
    • Local family support hubs
    • Relate, Dad.info, Netmums, Fatherhood Institute
    • Click Relationships and other national services

You’ll leave with one small, practical idea to try this week, and a reminder that you’re not doing this alone.

Trafford has a whole network of support behind you.
